Lost Packages:
- Occasionally, shipping carriers may lose a package. If this happens, we’ll determine if it’s truly lost or just delayed. If confirmed lost, we’ll remake and reship your order at our cost. If tracking shows delivered or attempted delivery, we consider the package delivered. Work with your shipping carrier to locate such packages.
Returned Packages:
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or other reasons, we can reship it to you. The cost of reshipping will be your responsibility. Ensure your shipping labels direct returns to your address, not our supplier’s.
